It was my first mostly evening wedding (which I shot for Chapel Photographers), with dusk coming soon after the ceremony start at Gold Creek Chapel. The warm light created a nice mood for the photos afterwards and I got to play around with some different lighting techniques. The evening finished off at the popular Functions at Federations. There was such a relaxed and loving feeling all night – it reminded me why I love this job!

It was a short and sweet wedding at the Canberra Grammar School Chapel, my second for Chapel Photographers, on a frigid afternoon when it felt like about 3 degrees with the wind! Luckily the rain held off for us and Ying was brave enough to go outside for half an hour around the grounds to get a few nice shots with Alastair before getting whisked away for dinner.
